①Consultation & Requirement Analysis

We begin by listening. Our team works with you to understand your brand, target market, product specifics, budget, and timeline. We discuss design ideas, functionality needs, quantities, and material preferences to define the project scope clearly.

②Design & Quotation

Based on your requirements, our creative team provides structural design concepts and/or graphic design mock-ups. Once the direction is approved, we submit a detailed, all-inclusive quotation covering materials, printing, finishing, tooling (if any), and unit cost.

③Prototyping & Sampling

Before mass production, we create physical samples. This includes:
• 3D Digital Mock-up: For initial visual confirmation.
• Blank Sample: A non-printed sample to verify structure, size, and functionality.
• Color Sample (Pre-production Sample): A fully printed and finished sample matching all final specs for your final sign-off.

④Production Confirmation & Payment

Upon your approval of the color sample, we finalize the production order. A proforma invoice (PI) is issued, and production commences after the agreed deposit is received.

⑤Mass Production & In-process QC

Our manufacturing team takes over. We source the approved raw materials and begin the full production run under strict quality control protocols. We can provide periodic production photos or videos to keep you updated on progress.

⑥Final Inspection & Approval

Before packing, we conduct a comprehensive Final Random Inspection (FRI) according to AQL standards or your specific checklist. A detailed inspection report with photos is provided for your review and shipment approval.

⑦Packing & Shipping​​​​​​​

After your final approval, goods are carefully packed according to shipping requirements. We handle all documentation and logistics, arranging reliable and cost-effective transport (by sea, air, or land) to your designated destination. We track the shipment until it arrives.

⑧After-Sales Follow-up & Support

Our relationship continues after delivery. We proactively follow up to:
• Ensure the goods arrived satisfactorily and met your expectations.
• Gather your feedback for continuous improvement on both sides.
• Facilitate smooth re-ordering and discuss potential new projects.
